The rental car is only allowed a maximum of 250 kilometers of driving per day. The additional miles driven will be charged at the end of the rental period, depending on the type of vehicles.

Smoking inside the car is not allowed; if you smoke inside the vehicle, we will charge 250 AED in addition to the rental payment, which will be used to clean the smell of the tobacco inside the car.
The daily rental charge does not include the fuel cost, but we provide a full tank of fuel for cars, which you must keep at the same level while you return the vehicle. For the Salik, the payment will be collected from the individual who rents the car after he/she returns the vehicle, in addition to the rental fee.
There is 2 hours (120 minutes) grace period for returns. After 2 hours, full-day late charges apply.

Since it takes several days for the UAE’s traffic fines to be updated in the online system, we request a certain amount from you as a pre-authorization deposit. We will hold an amount from you for 15 days from the date you returned the car. The amount and mode of deposit will vary by agreement type.
